Luxury Retail Associate
Role Overview
We are seeking a professional, customer service-oriented, target-driven Luxury Retail Associate to join the team at our Dublin Flagship in Merrion Square.
The Luxury Retail Associate will actively contribute to the store sales and achievement of key performance indicators. They will provide a personalised, sophisticated, and memorable experience to all clients while upholding the Louise Kennedy values, image, and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client and after-sales service to all visitors and clients
- Build authentic connections with clients, understanding their needs and identifying future requests
- Exceed individual sales goals by cultivating a strong client portfolio to drive proactive and continuous business growth
- Demonstrate knowledge of fashion and style by suggesting personalised and timeless style tips and building looks for clients for various occasions
- Communicate with professionalism and authenticity
- Effectively use all available business tools to optimize sales opportunities
Qualifications and experience required
- Minimum of 2–3 years experience within a luxury retail environment
- Proven track record of delivering impeccable customer service and building strong client relationships
- Passion for the fashion industry and has own sense of style and personal taste
- Proactive, with a business-oriented mindset
- Team player eager to achieve the team’s common goals
- Outgoing, confident, articulate, and customer focused
- Proficient in using IT systems, tools, and applications, able to quickly adapt to new technologies
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent communication skills (written, oral, and listening)
