Orders & Payment
What forms of payment do you accept?
Secure payments on louisekennedy.com are facilitated by Stripe.
We currently accept the following payment methods:
- Visa Debit
- American Express
For international orders, we partner with Global-e, a third-party service acting as your seller-on-record, so that you may shop online at louisekennedy.com and make purchases in your local currency and language. Through Global-e, we accept over 150 local and alternative payment methods, depending on your shipping address, including PayPal, Amazon Pay, Klarna and more.
When will I be charged for my purchase?
Your payment method will be charged immediately upon submission of your online order.
Do you accept gift cards?
At this time we do not accept Gift Cards for online orders. Gift Cards can be redeemed at one of our flagship stores: Merrion Square, Dublin; Belgravia, London; Kildare Village, Ireland.
The store you would like to redeem the Gift Card at must be specified at the time of purchase, and can only be used to make a purchase at the specified store.
Taxes & Duties
Is VAT included in the final price?
Prices displayed on our website include VAT (where applicable).
Are customs fees and duties covered in the cost of shipping?
Depending on your shipping location, customs fees and duties are included in the product price displayed on our website. Taxes may be charged separately.
For all online orders – including the purchase of gift cards – any and all fees required for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the customer. If your order is subject to your country’s local import taxes, and in locations where duties are not included in the product price, you can choose to pay customs and duties at checkout to guarantee no hold-up at customs and no duties and taxes owed when your order is delivered to you. Louise Kennedy has no control over these charges. For more information on customs, duties, taxes and other import charges, please contact your local customs office.
Shipping & Delivery
What shipping options are available and what are the shipping fees?
At Louise Kennedy, we process your online order with the utmost care. If your order is received on Monday–Friday by 12 PM GMT, your purchases will be wrapped and dispatched by the following business day. If an item is not in stock or may take longer to arrive, we will telephone you at the phone number provided with your order.

For delivery to all other countries, shipping charges are based on order weight and will be calculated at checkout, along with any applicable taxes, customs and duties (if not included in the product price displayed on the website). We partner with Global-e to ship to over 190 countries. All international orders are shipped with DHL Express.

How can I track my order status?
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email along with your order details. If at any time you are concerned about the whereabouts of your order, please telephone us on +353 1 662 0056 or contact us by email at email@example.com.
Can I modify my shipping address?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee a change to the shipping address. However, if you need to change your shipping address after submitting an online order, we will do our best to accommodate before dispatching your order. If you submit your order after 12 PM GST Mon–Fri, or on a weekend, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call +353 1 662 0056 as soon as possible, and if you order has not been dispatched, we will amend your shipping address. Changes to the shipping destination may result in additional shipping costs.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
We can only ship to one address per order. Should you wish to ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each shipping address.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return and exchange policy?
We hope that you are delighted with your purchase from Louise Kennedy. However, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your order, you can return any item purchased from the Louise Kennedy website within 14 days of receipt of your order and receive a full refund, less the shipping costs and any customs and duties, to your original form of payment. For more information on how to make a return, please visit our returns page.
Exchanges can be made if requested by sending an email to email@example.com within 14 days of receipt of your order.
We ask that all items are returned to us in the same condition in which they were received, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging.
How do I return an item?
Returning From Ireland
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt of goods, prior to mailing back your pieces. Please indicate your order number and reason for return.
- Items should be mailed back to the address below, in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

- Once your return has been received you can expect to receive your refund within 5-10 working days. Please note, during busy periods such as sales it may take longer for us to process your return. If at any point you are concerned about the whereabouts of your return and/or refund please contact us.
- Please note that shipping costs are not refundable, and you will be refunded the product cost only.
If you are not fully satisfied with your Louise Kennedy order, you can easily return your order to us. Please note that any shipping costs and/or international customs duties and taxes paid at checkout or on receipt of goods are not refundable, and you will be refunded the product cost only, less the cost of return shipping. To make a return, please refer to the original Global-e order confirmation email and follow the steps outlined there, or visit the returns portal and follow the steps to create your return.
How do I exchange an item?
If you wish to exchange an item purchased on louisekennedy.com, please send an email to email@example.com or call +353 01 662 0056 within 14 days of receipt of your order. We will then advise the best course of action to facilitate your exchange.
For international exchanges, please reference your original Global-e order confirmation email and follow the steps outlined or visit the returns portal. Please note that return shipping costs are not refundable.
How long does it take for a refund to be issued?
Once your return has been received by us, you can expect to receive your refund within 5-10 working days. Please note, during busy periods such as holidays and sale it may take longer for us to process your return and subsequent refund. If at any point you are concerned about the whereabouts of your return or status of your refund, please contact us.
Are delivery charges refundable?
Delivery charges are not refundable and will be deducted from any refund for a return or exchange. Return shipping costs are also the sole responsibility of the customer.
What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
Each of our items are fully quality checked before being dispatched. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged or flawed, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the item or within three days at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you with next steps. Please note that faulty items must be reported to our customer care team prior to being returned.
How do I send a gift?
If you would like to send a gift of fashion, accessories or jewellery anywhere in the world, we would be delighted to take care of this for you. Your order, which may be placed online or by telephone, will be beautifully gift wrapped and can be dispatched with a personalised gift message. Simply indicate that your order is a gift and include your personalised gift note in the order notes section at checkout.

Can I personalise my gift?
To send a personalised gift message with your gift order, simply indicate that your order is a gift and include your personalised gift note in the order notes section at checkout.
To help make your shopping experience more safe and secure, SSL security is enabled on our website to encrypt the data you send to our site (for example, passwords or credit card numbers). When SSL is enabled, a padlock appears in front of your browser’s URL bar. You can click on it for more information about the SSL digital certification registration. The URL field will also begin with ‘https:’ instead of ‘http:’.
