Digital Marketing Manager

Role Overview

Louise Kennedy is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to join the team at our Dublin flagship in Merrion Square.

The successful candidate will own all digital marketing initiatives for the brand, including e-commerce and CRO, SEO strategy, paid and organic social media management, email marketing strategy, and Google Ads.

We are looking for someone who is creative, enthusiastic and results-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the quarterly content calendar across digital platforms, including website, email and social media
  • Responsible for social media content creation, with a strong emphasis on creating content for Instagram, including creating reels, Instagram stories, and feed posts in line with the brand’s visual identity and aesthetic
  • Manage the e-commerce website (using WordPress and WooCommerce), including managing the product catalogue and stock levels, updating assets based on the content calendar, and building web pages using the website builder (as needed)
  • Propose and implement paid social and Google Ads campaigns
  • Propose, build and deploy email campaigns using Mailchimp
  • Write blog posts in line with content calendar, with SEO in mind
  • Analyse, track and report on the success of all digital marketing initiatives including paid ads, online sales, email campaigns and organic social performance using Google Analytics, WooCommerce analytics, and Meta Business Suite
  • Continuously assess website user experience and customer journey, and propose and implement user experience strategies and optimisations as needed
  • Conduct competitor research and audits
  • Ensure consistency of digital strategy and messaging across all channels

Qualifications and experience required

  • Third-level degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing Strategy, or similar
  • Experience in digital marketing strategy, e-commerce and social media management, across strategy, optimisation, and implementation
  • Experience in developing and implementing organic social media strategies, including content planning and creation
  • Proficient in photography and videography for organic social content
  • Copywriting skills with the ability to write in the brand’s tone of voice
  • Aware of social media trends and best practices, and organic social media strategies to drive growth
  • Advanced knowledge of e-commerce platforms (preferably WooCommerce) and CRO and UX best practices
  • Experience developing and executing email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp (or similar) with a strong understanding of email marketing best practices
  • Proven track record of strategizing and implementing successful paid social and Google Ads campaigns
  • Knowledge of and experience in Google Analytics and reporting
  • Understanding of technical and on-page SEO factors
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign
  • Previous experience working for a luxury and/or fashion brand an asset
