Delivery & Returns

Orders, Delivery & Shipping

At Louise Kennedy, we process your online order with the utmost care. If the order is received by 12 noon, your purchases will be swiftly wrapped and dispatched on the same day. If an item is not in stock and may take longer to arrive, we will telephone you. If at any time you are concerned about the whereabouts of your order, please telephone us on +353 1 662 0056 or contact us by email to sarahkate@louisekennedy.com.

Irish orders usually take around 2-3 working days to arrive.
European and international orders usually take around 3-5 working days to arrive.
Unfortunately, at this time we cannot offer weekend delivery. If you place an express order on a Friday it will delivered on the following Monday.

Customs fees and duties are not included in the shipping costs displayed on our website or in your order total at checkout. Depending on where you live, you may be responsible for additional customs charges and taxes on orders and returns.

Please be aware that, because of Brexit, you may be responsible for additional customs charges and taxes on orders delivered to and/or returned from the United Kingdom.

Sending A Gift

If you would like to send a gift of fashion, accessories or jewellery anywhere in the world, we would be delighted to take care of this for you. Your order, which may be placed in person, online or by telephone, will be beautifully gift-wrapped and dispatched, with a gift card with your own message.

Shipping & Returns

We hope that you are delighted with your purchase from Louise Kennedy.
If you are not perfectly satisfied with an item, or items, you can return any item purchased from the Louise Kennedy website by emailing info@louisekennedy.com within 14 days of receipt. We will then advise the best course of action to ensure the item’s return. We ask that you return it to us in the same condition that it was received, with all original tags attached, in the original packaging.

Each of our items are fully quality checked and controlled before being dispatched. If you receive an item that is damaged or flawed, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the item, or within three days. Please note that faulty items must be reported to our customer care team prior to returning.

Once your return has been received you can expect to receive your refund within 5-10 working days. Please note, during busy periods such as sale it may take longer for us to process your return and subsequent refund. If at any point you are concerned about the whereabouts of your return and/or refund please contact us.
